Fan Activity Guidelines
Gameplay Videos

Thank you for always supporting KEMCO's creations.
KEMCO feels truly honored that you love the worlds of our games and wishes for fans to enjoy activities that share the gameplay and charm of our creations in a secure and enjoyable manner.

To ensure that so-called "spoilers" do not rob others of enjoyment, devalue the game itself, or negatively impact future game productions, guidelines are set for the posting of gameplay videos and live streaming (including commentary).

By paying a little attention, we believe we can create a safe and joyful environment for both fans and KEMCO. We appreciate your cooperation.

Applicable Title for These Guidelines
These guidelines apply to "Dragon Ruins".

* These guidelines will be updated periodically, so when creating gameplay videos, please refer to the latest version of these guidelines. If we announce the discontinuation of applying these guidelines to "Dragon Ruins," please refrain from creating gameplay videos related to this title. In such cases, we request the removal of posted gameplay videos. Please refer to the new guidelines when they are applied.

Policy on Gameplay Videos
Individual customers may create and upload gameplay videos of "Dragon Ruins" within the permissible recording area (*1), for non-excessive commercial purposes only (*2), including live streaming and commentary.

However, for any videos used for streaming or commentary that exceed 10 minutes in length, they must include unique comments or commentary by the creator, and videos of this length closely resembling the game's content without additional original content are not allowed.
Additionally, monetization of videos is only allowed when using the systems of video distribution and sharing sites listed below. This list is subject to periodic updates (additions and removals of systems), so when creating gameplay videos, be sure to refer to the latest version of the list.

(*1) "Dragon Ruins" specifies the permissible recording area, so please conduct recording within this designated area. If KEMCO determines that the recording is outside the permissible area, we may request the cessation of recording, streaming, and commentary through email or comments.

~ Permissible Recording Area ~
Recording of the entire game is allowed.

(*2) "Excessive commercial purposes" include actions such as video streaming by creators affiliated with production companies, promoting unrelated content within videos, obtaining rewards or remuneration through real-world events using video streaming or commentary, etc.

Moreover, editing or presentation methods should not diminish the value of KEMCO's creations or the KEMCO brand. (e.g., Posting videos that inappropriately modify the content, revealing content beyond specified areas, engaging in third-party defamation, editing and posting videos summarizing ending scenes, movie scenes, and story content.)

It is appreciated if creators can provide spoiler warnings to allow those who haven't played the game to avoid spoilers. We trust fans to use common sense and exercise voluntary judgment.
